Superb base for a short stay in Windermere. Host was friendly. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Superb bar area. It was exceptional value in contrast to other hotels.

Windermere is not far from the hotel. We had goodies and coffee at Sugar&spice Cafe and Bistro, it was located next door to the venue. Comfortable bed in the standard twin room, and flat-screen television and a clothes-hanging unit.
